Zernike provides a platform for photo delivery, gallery management, and media sharing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for all photos, video, data, text, or other materials you upload. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You retain all ownership rights to your content, but grant us a license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zernike Media Group and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zernike Media Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
