1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzDrop ("the Service"), operated by Zernike Media Group ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including registered photographers and guests accessing shared galleries.

2. Description of Service

AzDrop is a photo delivery and gallery management platform designed for photographers. It enables registered users to:

• Upload and organize photos and videos into galleries and collections
• Share galleries with clients via token-based public links, optionally with password protection and expiration dates
• Collect client selections (with name, email, and message) and photo comments through shared gallery links
• Invite collaborators to view, edit, or manage galleries
• Control per-gallery permissions for downloading, commenting, and flagging

Supported file formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF (auto-compressed to WebP), and RAW formats (CR2, CR3 with embedded preview extraction). Each account has a storage limit (default: 150 GB).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To upload photos and manage galleries, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Guest users (clients accessing a shared gallery without an account) are not required to register, but any name, email, and messages they submit through selection forms or comments are stored and associated with the gallery.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Zernike Media Group a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and deliver your content solely as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., generating previews, serving files to your clients).

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
• Infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — such content will be immediately removed and reported to authorities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share the content you post, including any photos of identifiable individuals.

5. Storage & Usage Limits

Each account is subject to a storage quota (default 150 GB). Uploads that would exceed your quota will be rejected. We may apply rate limits to uploads and API requests to ensure fair use and service stability. Accounts found abusing the Service may be restricted or terminated.

6. Shared Galleries & Client Links

When you generate a public share link, anyone with that link (and the correct password, if set) can access the gallery per the permissions you configure. You are responsible for managing your share links, including setting appropriate passwords, expiration dates, and download permissions. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a leaked or forwarded share link.

You may optionally enable Visitor Mode on a gallery, which requires visitors to provide their name and email address before accessing the content. When Visitor Mode is enabled, this information is collected and stored for your records.

Client submissions (selections and comments) made through a shared gallery link are stored and visible to the gallery owner and any collaborators. By submitting a selection or comment, clients consent to this storage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its interface, branding, and original software (excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of Zernike Media Group and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your galleries and uploaded files may be deleted. You may also delete your own account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zernike Media Group and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as there are no paid plans currently, is zero).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
